BAC-3 - NUCLEAR QUASI-HOMOGENEOUS SPECKLED
Descrição
Extremely fine specked nuclear fluorescence, approaching the homogeneous texture, with the metaphase plate similarly stained.
Associação Antigênica
Miscellaneous antigenic targets are recognized, including chromatin antigens (native DNA, nucleosome, histones), however with lower frequency as compared to the nuclear homogeneous pattern.
Doenças Associadas
Non specific
Relevâncias Clínicas - Primeiro nível
Demands further investigation, because it can be related to systemic autoimmune rheumatic diseases (SARD). However, the association with SARD is much weaker than that observed with the nuclear homogeneous pattern.
